Why three Serengeti days
This is the deepest version of our northern-circuit safari, built for travelers who want real depth in the Serengeti specifically. It follows the same Tarangire and Lake Manyara start as our 6-day itinerary, but extends the Serengeti portion to three full days — one covering the southern and central plains around Seronera, one in the Western Corridor toward the Grumeti River, and one reaching the northern Serengeti toward the Mara River, where the most photographed migration crossings happen roughly between July and October.
The trip closes with an unhurried Ngorongoro finish: rather than a single long day combining the crater with the drive back to Arusha, this itinerary spends a night in Karatu after the crater tour, breaking the return journey into two calmer days instead of one long one.
