This itinerary takes our 5-day northern-circuit route — Tarangire, two full Serengeti days, and Ngorongoro Crater — and inserts a full day at Lake Manyara National Park between Tarangire and the drive to the Serengeti. Manyara is known for tree-climbing lions and exceptional birdlife across four distinct habitats packed into a compact park, a genuinely different character from anywhere else on the circuit.
